Code of Conduct & Communication Policy
To ensure we achieve the highest quality of design for your project, I request all clients to adhere to the following communication standards:
1. The "Office Hours" Boundary
• The Rule: All communication will be handled during business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
• The Logic: Creative energy requires rest. Messages sent over the weekend or late at night will be addressed on the following business day.
2. Designated Communication Channels
• The Rule: Official project communication is strictly via Email or [Your Chosen App, e.g., Slack/Client Portal].
• The Logic: WhatsApp and Social Media DMs are for casual connection, not for project decisions. Keeping technical details in email ensures nothing gets lost and we both have a clear "paper trail."
3. "The 48-Hour Loop"
• The Rule: I aim to respond to all non-urgent queries within 24 to 48 business hours.
• The Logic: High-quality design advice takes time to curate. Fast answers are rarely the best answers.
4. Between-Session Queries
• The Rule: Your booking fee covers the time spent during our 1-on-1 call and the immediate deliverables (Minutes/Boards).
• The Logic: If you have extensive new questions between sessions that require more than a 5-minute email response, please save them for our next scheduled call or book a "Quick-Sync" 15-minute slot.
5. Mutual Respect & Professionalism
• The Rule: We maintain a collaborative, respectful, and solution-oriented environment.
• The Logic: Design is a partnership. Aggressive communication or unreasonable pressure on deadlines will result in immediate termination of the consultancy without a refund.
