1. The "Advice Only" Clause 

The Term: "All consultations provided by “Interior Design with Priyanka” are for conceptual and aesthetic purposes only. These sessions do not constitute structural engineering, architectural blueprints, or legal building advice. The Client is solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, material safety, and local building codes with a licensed contractor or engineer before execution. ‘ Interior Design with Priyanka ‘is not liable for any structural failures or contractor errors."

 

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Fees for consultancy sessions are paid in full in advance to secure the booking. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the service, all fees are 100% non-refundable once the session has commenced. If the Client needs to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, or the session fee will be forfeited.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

All mood boards, sketches, vendor lists, and meeting minutes provided during the session remain the intellectual property of ‘Interior Design with Priyanka ‘.The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for the personal design of the specific property discussed. Any redistribution, commercial use, or public claim of authorship is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Third-Party Vendor Disclaimer

‘Interior design with Priyanka’may recommend third-party vendors, artisans, or products. These are recommendations only. We do not receive commissions from these vendors (unless disclosed), and we hold no responsibility for their pricing, delays, or the quality of their workmanship. Any contract entered into with a vendor is strictly between the Client and that third party.

 

6. International Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
